Working with Mr. Payne since 1992, Ms. Jones has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry and offers her extensive experience of credit risk, compliance and quality control to the mortgage community. She previously held the role of Managing Director for a Quality Control and Outsourcing company for five years. She served as the Compliance Officer for a large national lender, which was a subsidiary of a Thrift and regulated by the OTS. She established and managed a wholesale regional operation for another large, national lender. Ms. Jones has participated in and overseen numerous on-site due diligence reviews, at both the company and individual loan levels.

Ms. Jones holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State University and was a licensed Mortgage Banker for the state of New Jersey.
