Working with Mr. Payne since 1997, Ms. Heyder's areas of expertise include primary and secondary underwriting, portfolio risk management, corporate and loan level due diligence, operational risk review and appraisal review. She is a DE-certified underwriter. Ms. Heyder has served in various managerial positions, including one role of managing all corporate underwriting and loan exception approvals for 93 branch offices for a large aggregator of mortgage loans.
