Working with Mr. Payne since 2001, Ms. Greenfield is a DE-certified underwriter with more than 20 years of experience in conventional and FHA mortgages, quality control, credit decisions and compliance reviews. She has served as an operations manager as well as an underwriting team lead for a large aggregator of mortgage loans.
